The Three Graces - View from Milton

Original oil and acrylic painting of a Brisbane view. 119cmx100cm. Stretched canvas. Depth 3.5cm.  The title refers to the fact that the telephone post was also originally a tree. Together with the two large palm trees that makes three - hence the three Graces. The view is from Milton, a suburb of Brisbane and overlooks St Brigid's Church on the horizon at left and Suncorp Stadium at right. There is atangle of bougainvillea and other vines in the foreground in front of the bright white rooftop which is so typical of Brisbane scenes.
